Repeat Prescriptions
If you are having repeat prescriptions the doctor may authorise you to receive some prescriptions without seeing a doctor every time you require more. You will be issued with a copy of your medication and this can then be brought into the surgery before you are due to run out and put in the prescriptions Letter Box. Any prescription requests received are ready for collection within 2 working days.
We will now accept requests for repeat medication by Telephone, E-mail, On-line or Fax by providing the following information.

Drugs Requested [Detail as given on Repeat Prescription Sheet]
