Baby Clinics

Monday 2.00pm-3.00pm & Wednesday 12.00pm-1.00pm

These are mainly for under 5s and an appointment is not needed. A doctor, health visitor and nurse are present and they are available for advice, check-ups and immunisations. They will also be happy to discuss any problem you may have with your child. No appointment is needed.

Maternity

Antenatal Clinics: Tuesday 1.00pm-3.00pm & Wednesday 2.30pm-3.30pm.

Booking Clinic: via Midwife

Wednesday 12.20pm-1.30pm

These are run by qualified Midwife and a doctor and provide antenatal and postnatal care.

Contraceptive Clinic

Wednesday 5.00pm to 6.00pm - no appointment needed. A comprehensive family planning service is provided including the insertion of coils and contraceptive implants.

Asthma Clinic, Hypertension Clinic, Diabetic Clinic & Travel Vaccination Clinic

For patients convenience, the above clinics are now incorporated within the nursing department surgery hours, ie: 8.30am to 11.30am and 3.30pm to 5.30pm (appointments are advisable) and are managed by specially trained nurses.

Health Care of the Elderly

Tuesday 3.20pm - 5.00pm. Mrs Ann Porter provides check ups and offers advice for those patients over the age of 75.

Flu Vacinations

Flu vaccinations are available from mid-October.
